Membership Terms

Membership Cancellation: For all memberships, you must notify us 30 days in advance of any cancellation. We require a 30-day written notice that is effective 30 days after the date of receipt. Payments prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.

Enrollment Fee: $14.95 as a one-time fee is due at the time of membership purchase.

Freeze Membership: You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days. A $10 freeze fee will be debited from your account. You may unfreeze your membership at any time.

Membership Policy: Membership is not transferable. Member pricing may not be purchased with SpaFinder, Spa Week, or any other certificate not purchased at Eastern Breeze Spa. You have up to 4 weeks to use your monthly service, and you can roll over any additional services for an additional 4-week grace period. After 6 weeks, these services will expire. Upon termination or cancellation, unredeemed services will expire. We require a 24-hour notice of any changes or cancellations to your appointments. If your payment is declined, there will be an additional 50% fee.
